Praxisπρᾶξις

prax·is/ˈpraksɪs/noun, the act of putting theory into practice.

We are a software engineering studio. Companies come to us when they need internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and the infrastructure that ties them together , designed and built by the same team, no handoffs.

01
Embedded from day one.
Our engineers join your standups, read your codebase, and work inside your stack , not outside it.
02
Design is engineering.
Same discipline, same people. The mockup author writes the API route. No translation loss.
03
Ship in weeks, not quarters.
We bias toward working software over slide decks. You see something real by the second week.
04
Hand off, then walk away.
Every engagement includes documentation, training, and a clean exit. The tool keeps running without us.

From theory

Every tool we build starts as a conversation and ships as working code.

No decks, no handoffs, no theatre. Just the same small team from the first call to the last deploy.

Tools and platforms we built for companies that needed more than an off-the-shelf answer. Click any row for the details.

Legacy logistics platform with dated desktop interfaceDispatch team collaborating on workflow mappingMobile dispatch app showing real-time truck statusFleet dashboard tracking 200 trucks in real time
01 / problem

A logistics platform stuck in 2003.

Desktop-only, no API, dispatchers printing screenshots to share status. Forty trucks and a clipboard workflow that could not scale past fifty.

02 / approach

Embed with the dispatchers for two weeks.

Our engineers rode along. Learned the real workflow, not the documented one. The dispatchers had built shortcuts the original software never accounted for.

03 / build

A web app drivers can use from a phone.

Real-time dispatch dashboard, driver mobile app, automated status updates. Same data, same workflows, zero retraining. Replaced the old system in one cutover.

04 / result

50 to 200 trucks in six months.

Dispatch time down 60%. Driver status visible in real time. The platform now handles 200 trucks with the same three dispatchers who were there at 50.

The Greeks had two words for it , theoria, the knowing, and praxis, the doing. Most consultancies sell the first. We ship the second.

How we work

We embed with your team, understand the problem from the inside, and ship working software. No handoffs, no big reveals , just steady progress until it is in your users' hands.

01
Listen
Understand the product, the users, and what success looks like. No assumptions, no rushing to solutions.
02
Build
Design and engineering happen in the same room. Mockups become working code in hours, not weeks.
03
Ship
Get it in front of real users. Measure, learn, and iterate. A shipped product beats a perfect deck every time.

About

The Greeks split knowing from doing: theoria, contemplation, and praxis, the deed itself. A good product is where the two meet , a clear idea and the discipline to build it well.

We are software engineers who design, and designers who code. Companies hire us to build internal tools, operational platforms, and the kind of software their teams use every day. Same people from kickoff to deploy.
